Lab Overview
The Natoli-BCP Laboratory is a dedicated space for research, training, and innovation in solid dosage form development. The facility spans 1,100 square feet and includes four specialized processing rooms, a fully equipped powder and tablet testing lab, and storage areas. Our facility is designed for hands-on learning and research, enhanced with industry-leading technology to help professionals master the science of tablet formulation and manufacturing.
Solid dosage form processing includes
- Powder mixing (B&A V-Shell and Turbula blenders)
- High shear and melt-granulation (Diosna P1-6)
- Single station instrumented press for powder characterization (NP-RD10A)
- Natoli AIM-Pro® software for process monitoring, data acquisition and analysis.
